I had been contemplating signing up for a 5-week ballet class at my gym. I have never done ballet before so I was on the fence about it and decided to not sign up as I’m not as flexible as I used to be. When I was taking your workshop my body dropped into doing this whole ballet routine, lots of spirals, was able to dance on my toes, and there were no restrictions from lack of flexibility. Amazing!
